Well, for what it's worth, back surgury sucks.... l4-l5 fusion, bursitis on 3 locations and my periformis muscle is all screwed up...meaning no walking without a walker, and walking only from bed to couch, bathroom and back....for a few months or more... piriformis is possibly incurable... the back would be better if not for dizziness and constant ( Read more... )

You should get a facebook. I think both Beth and I are there way more than we are here these days.

Back surgery? Ugh! Have you tried chiropractic care?

Things on my end are good. Ramping up for Burning Man. My job is awesome. Chris and I are doing great! My Mom is good and my Dad is getting a little worse.
