Why so long for the e-mail list; just making sure you've invited everyone who was affiliated with the movie?

Found every contact I had and sent them an invite -- about 200 people and many of them found by typing in each letter of the alphabet and seeing what addresses it prompted. Yeah...it was a process... ;p
