i've been trying to figure out why my throat has been swollen and in pain for the past several months, and then it hit me: i live in a very unhealthy environment and have a very unhealthy lifestyle. it finally occurred to me to check the air filter, and HOLY GEEZ. yeah, no wonder my respiratory system has been shot. polluted air has been cycling
