I'm very happy to hear your day has been sanity-restoring. :) Enjoy your moon pie. Hee.

It was very tasty! I only get cravings for dessert about five times a year and this one turned out very well.

It is the 13th! God, I didn't even notice. So far, not so horribly unlucky. (cross fingers)

Glad to hear you're having such a lovely day! Ah, neighorhood strolling and books and bakeries...

It's a pretty modest itinerary, but that's the point. :)

And your icon reminds me that Ronon Dex (hee hee hee, Ronon Dex, it's such a romance novel name) is going to be hulking and manly on our teevees tonight!

I think some of it is physical, since Pam's at the reception desk while Jim and Karen and the other salespeople sit together in the main part of the office, but there used to be a sort of line from Jim's office to Pam's desk, they used to connect across that spaceIt's interesting that you bring that up because when I saw the promo shots for this episode that were from the roof prospective, I could see Jim and Pam standing next to each other and I couldn't find Karen until I clicked on the high-res version. For a minute, I thought I'd been spoiled for her departure or something ( ... )

Also, Dwight has moved to his old desk and Ryan is back in Kellyland but Andy ended up in the back of the office somewhere. That leaves Jim's old desk open and ready for his return!

I had not noticed that; that's neat. I would not be surprised at all if they weren't setting the stage for Jim's symbolic return to his old place by Pam, and the possibility makes me really happy. It did seem like the physical separation between the two of them had lessened quite a bit; possibly the actors were being more open to each other in their body language too.

Thanks for the birthday wishes!

Excellent review of this week's Office. It was a very full half hour this week.
