Happy birthday (a day late-eep!) to pipsqueaky! May the coming year be one glorious string of payoffs for your big move and the stress that came with it. You deserve it.

The tank top looks lovely! And to think I saw it when it was just a little baby tank top. *sniffle*

Thanks for the pimpage--there have been a lot of ficathons going around recently, haven't there? My brilliant timing strikes again.

I think you timed it well, actually; a lot of ficathons are posting results right now, and you set a deadline for fall.

The tank top is... not awful. I think I might rethink the whole "knitting tank tops" thing, though, since knitted fabric seems to suit sweaters better.

The sweater looks great! And there you were ready to throw yourself from the hotel window in Vancouver. Ok, you may have mumbled some swear words. ;)

Thanks! It turned out better than I thought. But since I'm a perfectionist, I think I still have a ways to go.

Aw, thank you so much for the kind birthday wishes! I really appreciate it!

And that is a gorgeous tank top. My craftyish abilities start and end with cross-stitch, so I am really impressed with people who can take a needle and thread and actually create something *useful*, heh. :)

Heh. I cross-stitched as a kid and there is indeed a limit to the number of cross-stitched Christmas ornaments one can make.
