I almost included that on the list, but I tend to view it as a Star Trek: TOS homage with added vomit, and on that level it works.
Have you listened to the "When bad things happen to good shows" commentary for "Jeremiah Crichton"? They pick apart what they were trying to do, and where it went so horribly wrong.
It is just so brave, and so true (except when it isn't, and when it isn't, it's difficult in complicated ways). And Aeryn Sun was something really new and important on the television landscape.
