I know some folks who lowered their hot tub temps to 98 degrees while one of them were pregnant so that they could both still go in the tub. I don't know if yours is that flexible, but it's a thought.

Glad you're doing so well!

Our tub is a whirlpool style, fill up like a normal tub at whatever temp and then hit a button to make bubbles (there is nothing in the tub to regulate the temp - it gradually cools down). I guess I could use a candy thermometer to figure out the temp and make sure it is less than 100, but a less than 100 hot tub just doesn't seem as fun to me. :)

Putting my feet in was heavenly! It had the same calming sensation that a regular hot tub would, which I wasn't expecting.

Thanks for the tip!

Try Debra Stark's Natural Gourmet in West Concord. 98 Commonwealth Avenue. 978-371-7573. They're right across from my chiropractor, and it's a lovely store, a very small Whole Foods.

If you can't get out there we can get one for you, just check with them first and have it reserved and let us know.
