I woke up at 8 this morning to drop my car off to get a bunch of crap fixed. All I can say is, thank God a friend of the family is a mechanic. He put on new brakes, rotors, spark plugs, and rotated my tires for $125. Granted, I definitely didn't have $125 to blow, but you've got to do what you've got to do. Dude, I'd love to see you go teach in Japan, especially if you called them Communists (when they're actually living in a constitutional monarchy/republic of sorts, kind of like the UK). Unless, of course, you were referring to living amongst and striking up some sort of political alliance with the Japanese Communist Party. To each his own!

In other news, I met with a few organizations back in October over the possibility of teaching abroad in Japan. I'm going to be applying after I finish my last two classes in the fall. Hurray for me!
