Beachside Cabin

We spent the last couple of days down at the beach, and that was the perfect way to spend it, as I've got a pretty full on month or so coming up, as I will be starting up my final prac this time next week. Well this time next week I will be winding down after the first day, as it's quite late in the day.

It sucks you have to work tomorrow - that's positively unAustralian! I hope it goes better than you are anticipating.

I'm not too concerned about having to go to work, especially after a beautiful weekend at the beach (it's been pouring rain all day).

However, once I get into the teaching world (or any kind of world that's not open 24/7, it will be nice to not go to work on weekends, public holidays, etc.

That's one of my favourite things about the teaching gig - free weekends, public holidays, etc. Of course, the downside is always having a lot of marking to do haha :)

But at least you can do the marking in the comfort of your own home! That will be a big change, not being at work at 11pm, and it will be just great.

I'm about to start my last prac, so it's all getting a bit real and that's quite exciting.
