:D Thank you so much! I'm really glad you like how I'm presenting the mental illness parts of my stories. It's pretty important to me to get that stuff right. A relative of mine had to have ECT a while ago and while I never saw the aftereffects firsthand, I heard stories about it from those who did. Pretty ghastly, even if the doctors thought they were doing the right thing... Anyway. Thanks so much for your kind words - I definitely don't deserve credit for how amazing a writer you are, but it's really humbling for you to say that. xoxo :)

Dude... you are seriously fantastic. This is both funny and heartwrenching, and you really do get it right on the mental illness thing. I think that there are so many a team fic writers who treat it with respect, but you have a sensitivity that is amazing. you know sometimes you can cringe a bit at some pieces, *cough* fanfic.net *cough* but yours are amazing. having issues of my own, I read your work, and I never get that over done feeling, its always so sensitve and amazing. And I also notice you are from OZ! as am I! yay for fellow aussies!

Ah, how I have missed your fic... The one thing about this piece that stands out for me is the descent into the 'harder truths' of institutionalised treatments of mental illness after the initial fluff and humour of what we see on the surface of the TV show version of mental illness.
Also - go Aussie go. lol :)

Then you broke me with the last bit because I was laughing and giggling and then BAM and it hurts so good.
