Yay Stuff!

Sep 12, 2008 09:35

I had a great birthday weekend going to Victoria, BC. Pics are still in my camera, though, for two very important reasons:

1- Disgaea 3
2- Spore

Oh, Spore. With your nasty DRM and your flaky DVD that showed up blank in my system.

Too many game addictions, too little time.

So I don't clutter up your friend page with graphics )

The DVD ended up just being blank on my system, Sarah's computer was able to see it, so I just copied it to her PC, and then to mine from hers.

I read that on some people's computers where they have a DVD burning drive, it shows up blank.

It doesn't do any sort of DVD validation (since it does the questionably more evil online validation instead) so as long as you have another computer which can potentially read the disc, you should be ok.

I don't know who you are, vossanova, but you have the greatest icon ever, so I thought I'd give you a shout out!
I'm Juli...I don't know if we might have met at a Jeff/Sarah party when they lived in MD, or if you're a random stranger. Either way, hi!

I doubt you know him, last time I saw him in person was before I met you =P

It is a good icon though!
