This story is a kind-of narrative experiment that was inspired by a prompt on the old STXI Kink Meme: STXI Kink Meme (Part 14): The five times that Kirk touched Spock with out really thinking, and the one time Spock touched Kirk without thinking. This is absolutely stunning, so lovely. I think you capture Spock really well here and I really like the shift across the different scenes.

Thank you so much for reading and for this lovely comment! It was my agenda, in a way, to show how Spock could learn about a topic that he didn't think he needed to understand from the person (and people) he refused to allow lecture him on that same topic. That was beautiful. I love how you had it echo the challenges that Kirk threw at Spock on the bridge of the Enterprise. I love your Spock here. Gorgeous. And yes, deeply emotionally resonant. ♥

Feedback is always important! And if I read something I like, I always comment. Sometimes, I wish I could come up with more clever feedback, but alas, not always. But I definitely loved it, and this is something I'm going to re-read. Huh. I need to start making a recs list someday.
