Well, more correctly I've had an offer accepted so it goes to the solicitors now. It's easily the best I've seen since my original one fell through. It actually has a decent kitchen, I was starting to wonder if was a unspoken rule around here to trash your kitchen when you put your flat up for sale. Decent size, nice area and the building is in
