Shredded beef with chilli from my favourite Chinese. Well actually it's not my absolute favourite but it is the best within 100 seconds walking distance!

Forgot about the chinese new year last week so thats my excuse or putting of my mythical fitness comback yet again! Tomorrow I'm going to have a salad. Maybe....
