What a great Saturday
On Saturday I got up real early, I knew I had a lot to do. I cut the grass first which is a chore in and of itself. The I set my sights on cleaning Evan's old room. I had a super fantastic fun time on Saturday. Thanks to everyone who came out and especially for the gifts. You guys totally rock. I know I was a little out of it that's because I smoked myself to the stupid point but I remember each and everyone of you being there.

I had fun last night going out to eat at my favorite restaurant and hanging with Stephanie. I also got Buffy on dvd as a birthday present (super cool). Yesterday I took Gordon to the vet to see Dr. Thompson. He had been walking on his leg weird and I had noticed that his leg had filled up with fluid. I sat there in horror as he examined his leg and just the faces he was making I knew it was not going to be good. I have been trying to think about what I want for my birthday (oh since it's 16 days away and counting). My parents always ask me what I want and I never know what to tell them. soo tired
I went on what they call a "working interview" today. I worked from 7:30-12 at Acworth Animal Hospital. I could not sleep last night I was so excited. I almost forgot what it was like to work at a job outside of my house. It was so fast paced and it kept me moving the entire time I was there. Gordon update
I just spoke with Dr. Thompson and he said the surgery went well. He did discover more damage then he thought but he was able to repair it. He knew going into it that he was going to have to fix the Luxating patella but he also found there was a Cruciate Ligament Rupture (see definition below to find out what each is). Ugh
I just dropped Gordon off at the vet for his surgery. I felt like shit when I put him in the cage and walked off. He made this noise like I really can't believe you are leaving me. I know he is in good hands. I would not trust anyone but Dr. Thompson to do the surgery. It's just he is my baby and I love that freaking dog so much. The money does not ( Read more... )
