Woo! I want to go somewhere with a lake. Or river. Or maybe just somewhere beautiful. That should narrow it down. :)

Eagle Creek comes to mind. Lost Lake is short and crowded from what I've heard. I'll break out the hiking books tonight.

I'll look and see. There are some lakes in the Mount St. Helens area if we wanna go further. I'm kind of anti-Eagle Creek this year, only because I've done it so many times, but it is beautiful...

Yeah, I'm totally cool with keeping the elevation at a minimum. By Saturday my calves are pretty much shot from running all week, so I'm more pumped about getting outside than about trying to have a challenging hike.
