I've never done a big meet-up either, so I don't have any better suggestions. DX Your idea seems like it could work just fine. What's Okita going to be doing, sticking to one group or bouncing from thread to thread?

Probably bouncing from thread to thread. Wherever I see a SUGGESTION or QUESTION especially.
