Basement Run and Slowatus

I know it's a little early for a nightshift coordination thread, but I'll need to do some IC coordination during dayshift for this, and I'll be on hiatus/slow posting (not sure which yet) from this Sunday through Wednesday.

Characters who might be involved in the basement run (please tell me if I've left anyone out): Peter Parker, Keman, Scott

I would be interested, although if there are too many people it would be easy for Harvey to not go along, so I guess I'll see how many other people respond and we could play it by ear?

Sure thing! I was trying to think if there's anyone in particular there Harvey might be able to build some CR with. Wolverine would be pretty interesting... :3

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Harvey, Indy, and Wolverine in one thread would probably break the epic meter.

Ehhh well, I mean I'd be willing to give this giant thread a chance, especially since Tifa will get some good CR, but my job is 11 hours a day most of the week and I get tired when I get home. I have a week long vacation starting July, but :/ I don't want to slow everyone down....

I wasn't sure if you/Megg meant for Tifa to be involved or not (Wolverine mentioned IC that he might be bringing someone (her) if he came along). So you're welcome to join if you're interested, or pass if you're not--either way's fine! It's true that we'll probably try to keep things moving relatively quickly if we can, though, especially if we end up with one larger thread.

Yeahh as much as I would like to join you all its probably best I don't because I cant guarantee good activity, so I will figure something out with Meg so Tifa doesnt feel she needs to babysit them XD

Yeah, that's the big sticking point I see, who's willing to travel with whom. The obvious choice if we split would be to put the three boys together and L/Lunge/Harvey together, with Indy going with whatever group needs him more and probably Wolverine in the other, but it might be neat to mix it up and build everybody some new CR. So I really like your idea of their getting separated on the fly, if we could work it out!

Anyway, the four SPF members are the ones we're sure about at the moment, so let's have them meet like Scott planned and see how things go.

You know I'm in, most definitely. Scott will probably be more inclined to stick with Indy/Peter/Keman since that's who he'd planned to go with to start. He'd be good switching over to Wolverine's group too if something happens that requires that, though

I think that's a good plan, and I don't mind Indy doing the moving (you're talking about hall-->Sun Room-->kitchen-->freezer, then pause for reactions and head down, right?). I also really like the idea of having a sudden IC reason for the groups to split, if people are interested in throwing their characters in with patients they might not thread with normally.

But yeah, the SPF will meet outside the Sun Room for sure, maybe Harvey, and we're still waiting on L and Lunge's response, so we might not need to split them tonight at all.

Okay, that sounds good to me! We'll see how it goes after L and Lunge get sorted out. And even if the group doesn't split, it'd still probably be useful to have someone moving the group from the hall to the freezer until they either make it through or get stopped. Even just four people is still a slow-ish moving thread, and that's a good, long-ish string of areas to get through.
