Does anyone want to come tonight?  It seems like it's been really dangerous at night, so maybe we should take a night in.  Or, if someone has ideas for what they want to do, we can try something new.  Try to let me know as soon as you can, okay?

Hmm, well they did say it would help to collect metal to make them from. I know there's lots in the kitchen anyway. Oh! And then we could help collect the ingredients that the other lady asked for too. Cake Club can do volunteer stuff sometimes too, right? (but we could get just a few strawberries too, couldn't we?)
