Donna didn't like being told what to do. She never had, never would, and would be sure to turn out anyone who ever tried to force her to do what they were telling her to even if it was something she had a mind for. So when she heard someone telling her to wake up, she had half a mind to just keep on sleeping, or at the very least faking it. That was until she recognized just how bloody scorching it was in the room.
"Have you ever heard of A/C?" she groaned, opening her eyes to... smoke. A cloud of smoke, all around her. Also, it stank! Like rotten eggs and gym socks mixed together and turned into smoke. Donna only caught herself from gagging when she was forced into coughing instead. Yeah, A/C was definitely needed here. That, and an explanation!
"Gawd, what...!" she chocked out, moving to try and get herself upright but finding the task altogether impossible. What did move was her head as it turned from side to side to find her wrists, tightly strapped near the sides of her head. She found her feet also restrained when she began

"Oh good, you recognise it," the doctor said, a pleased smile spreading over her face. She'd gone to such lengths after all, it would have been upsetting to have the patient not even realise what this was all about.
"I did try and make it as close as possible," she continued. "It's something of a pet subject of mine, ancient cults like the Sisterhood. I'm so pleased that I've gotten this chance to discuss them with you, especially since you've met them first hand, haven't you, Donna Noble?"
As she spoke, the doctor started moving around the room again, checking some of the other items she'd need to complete the ceremony and that the fire wasn't in any danger of going out. That would put a bit of a damper on things.
"Oh, but I'm getting carried away, aren't I? I don't want to waste all this time we have together talking, do I? Not when we've got so much more important things to move onto."
Donna's head jerked back to being tense at the voice. Female, that was for certain, and way too haughty for Donna's liking. Especially when she caught the trace of enjoyment that the woman's tone seemed to be trying, and failing to cover. "Oi!" Donna barked to cloudy air as she made an attempt to catch some sight of the person through the smoke, "Don't you dare go on like you're enjoying this, sister, because you can bet you'll be wishing you'd never crossed me in a minute!"
Fists slammed as hard as they could manage to the table as Donna tugged again at the restraints. "Let. Me. GO!" she demanded, words again emphasized as each was spoken. Her volume had also increased not that there was someone to yell at for this.
And what was this supposed to be?! Sure Donna'd fallen prey to the "getting captured" bit a time or two in her travels. Occupational hazzard, she'd determined, but she was anything but some useless damsel in distress! She would not just lie there quietly and take whatever the hell this was! Giving up for a moment on the

The doctor laughed at that, her voice high and surprisingly pleasant, like Donna had just told a particularly good joke rather than started protesting about the coming experiment.
"But I am enjoying it, Donna," she answered, returning to the makeshift altar and smiling down at the prone woman. She'd taken her time making her own appearance as similar to the Sisters as she could manage as well; she'd even enacted some of the purifying rituals beforehand, which she felt added a level of commitment and believability to the entire process that not many people were willing to take part in. Donna might not appreciate it right now, but the thought was definitely there. She'd come around eventually.
"Oh no, you've got the wrong idea there," the doctor answered once she realised the confusion. "I'm not going to be sacrificing you, Donna Noble. That would rather ruin the point of having you here at all, wouldn't it? No, you're going to be initiated into the Sibylline Sisterhood, though I can understand your confusion. Normally the Sisters
