"It wouldn't be much of a music room if they didn't," he agreed. Interesting to know that Edgar at least had those where he came from. A part of him was sure it would be interesting to sit down and compare what was similar and what was different between all the different places the people he'd talked to so far claimed to come from. She didn't want to be here. She didn't want to be anywhere indoors right now. But it wasn't even... a choice at this point. The girl looked at the desk, then back at the door wantingly, wondering if it would deposit them somewhere... that wasn't here at all.

"Listen," she said quietly to Hanatarou, eyes averted. "I'm sorry. Did you at least get some stuff that you can use? I--" She stopped, then her voice grew smaller. "...Can we keep going? Just for a little while?"

What was this place? A doctor's office of some kind? It had similarities to the ones Hanatarou had seem before, but the decor was unlike either Dr. House's or Dr. Venkman's offices. Maybe it was a slight improvement on the shed full of toys or the bathroom but it was unlikely to contain either supplies or people who needed help. Therefore, he wasn't terribly interested in sticking around and... well, Senna didn't seem to be feeling well. Maybe they needed a good place to just sit and rest for a few minutes?

He turned toward her when she began to speak, wondering if maybe he should suggest doing that here, but quickly bit it back at her request. "Oh, I'm sure there's lots of useful stuff," he assured her with a smile. It was probably even true, from what he'd seen of the shelves, and if she'd grabbed enough then he could probably even share with the others. "Of course we can go on...."

And he turned back, opening the door with the silent hope that this would take them somewhere better.

[to be disappointed over here]
