Slag. Terry barely made it into the corridor before he heard someone else in the stairwell. Before he could warn Kurt, however, the intercom suddenly came to life. At least it wasn't the announcement signaling morning, but that didn't exactly mean Terry was happy about the content. Next-Wave, I.R.I.S., the war? Though he'd promised answers, Landel wasn't exactly forth coming. So was it some other part in their game, or something else?
"Next time, one of us brings one of the radios." Terry could have kicked himself for not thinking about it before then, but he wasn't going back for it now. The other person in the corridor had started moving again, and that was all the more reason for Kurt and Terry to do the same. Grunting a little, he lifted his end of the cart and followed Terry's lead up the stairwell. He was the eyes of the trip.

...Nope, just the intercom being crazy again. "You got it." He followed Forte up the stairs, a little excited. He'd never been here. Maybe there was something good, or at least good to fight around on the second floor.
