The princess felt a little better after her talk with Soma. It cheered her up to have made a friend - from what she was quickly learning about this place, the more friends you had, the better off you were. It gave her a little more hope, after what had been said about the Head Doctor. And if there was anything in this world she was good at doing,

The nurse dropped him off at the door of the room with the instructions to call her if he needed anything. He disregarded it; he would much rather go it alone than call them for help. For a while, he lingered outside, thoroughly uninterested in the idea of arts and crafts, but when a doctor rounded the corner up ahead of him, he decided to duck into the room so as not to draw attention to ( ... )

Giovanni could hear the conversation of Sokka and his nurse before they even entered the room. Internally, he groaned; arts and crafts were fine as long as he didn't have to interact with anyone irritating, but it seemed like that's becoming inevitable. When the door opened, he didn't bother turning to look at the newcomer, but even if he couldn't see him, he could hear him, and whatever he was saying about boomerangs made Giovanni wonder if there were children in this facility, too ( ... )

Soubi had snuck off to the Arts and Crafts room. Ritsuka had busted him on the bulletin (not that he was hiding from Ritsuka exactly...) so he thought he should lay low until the play date. Ritsuka would never bring the subject up when they had company....
For now, he was settled in the Arts and Crafts room to sketch and plot.

But still, by the time third shift rolled around he felt pretty normal, so he let his nurse entice him to going to the arts and crafts room. Maybe he could make some decorations for his sitar or something; it looked pretty boring with just wood. (Too bad he couldn't actually bring it with him to decorate, which would've been a lot easier, but he wasn't going to risk the nurses taking it away from him for anything ( ... )

"Yes. Completely unharmed, physically," he nodded. Ritsuka, however, was ever more scarred by what he saw. And rightly so, really. Even Soubi had to admit it was creepy and wrong and frightening on many levels. But whenever he was faced with one, he always had something more important on his mind. Ristuka.
It didn't leave room for being afraid or worried about the feelings of zombies.
"And you?"

At the question about himself, he simply shrugged and smiled sheepishly. "I'm okay, I guess - just tired. I used up a lot of energy last night...I hadn't tried to do that much with water before, here." He was going to have to make sure to eat, from now on, to keep his strength at its upper levels in case something like that came up unexpectedly again.

For now, though, he'd relax and do some creative processing in the Arts and Crafts room - or would have, had Minamimoto not chosen to do the exact same thing. Oh geez... Thankfully, it looked like the Reaper was engaged in some sort of tunnel vision-creating art frenzy, so Sanae slipped quietly by him and found an empty corner where he could doodle away on a piece of yellow construction paper as he wished.
Markers - he'd missed working in marker. They didn't spread as much as paint, but they worked admirably otherwise. Smiling to himself, Sanae started drawing an intricate skull-like design, completely losing himself in his work.

Unlike his ally, Joshua didn't show any signs of concern about Minamimoto being in the same room. After the previous conversation, aggravating as it was, he knew he didn't have quite so much to worry about. So, Joshua smoothly walked next to the other man, peering over his shoulder to watch. The man was a real artist... was there any wonder that he liked Mr. H.? "We've got about a week before the Heaper tries to erase me," he sighed, "so I hope you've got some good news for me."

The nurse that was leading Feldt and Setsuna into the arts and crafts room hurried them in once they arrived there, before leading them to a table. "Here you go, you two!" She smiled, "There are plenty of things for you to do here, so do take advantage of them."
Feldt noticed that the room seemed to be filled with a ton of different supplies - not just the things that Setsuna had asked the nurse for. ... It was a bit disappointing that Feldt still hadn't found anything that remotely resembled a computer. She would just need to keep looking, and hopefully one would appear.

"This is the Arts and Crafts room," she told them. "I'm sure you'll find more than a fair share of pen and paper in here. Why don't you and Anna take a seat and try drawing something?"
But Setsuna didn't move. "When are we leaving?"
"Why, when you get better of course."
"I am not sick."
The nurse flashed him another smile. "Of course, Soran. Now come along." And with that, she led them towards one of the tables.
Setsuna's frown deepened; whoever took him and Feldt to this place had surely been mistaken, because neither of them looked the least bit in need of medical attention. If they continue to insist, he would have to leave without checking-out and bring Feldt along with him.
But for now he took a seat and stared blankly at the art materials on the table.

But now that they were here, Feldt took a seat as well, joining Setsuna in staring at the art supplies that covered the table. After a second, she reached out, taking a piece of paper and a pen.
"Here." She said, before passing the supplies over to Setsuna so that they could get started.

When he thought they turned their attention away from them somewhat, he began writing something down on a brightly colored piece of paper. He glanced in the direction of the nurses again, and, after being certain enough that they weren't paying as much attention as before, passed the paper to Feldt from underneath the table.

At least that's what Kagura thought as she picked a white crayon, realized that it doesn't show on white paper, picked a black crayon and then proceeded to draw a fluffy white puppy on the sheet. She didn't forget to draw the puppy's razor sharp fangs and the fact that he was pouncing on a smaller man. A little girl in red was riding the said puppy's back, there was a huge smile on her face as she held on to what seemed to be a stick-figure umbrella. There was a pair of glasses behind the puppy, and a hand reaching out for them from the edge of the paper. Kagura scrawled "Yorozuya Gin-chan" on top of the paper, observed it at arms length and after much thought, crumpled the drawing.
Next time she'll draw Sadaharu lovingly chewing on Gintoki's head. And Shinpachi's hand did not need to be there.
