hereDean stopped long enough to count down the rest of the individual halls. He might not have the fancy college education Sam had, but he was pretty sure he could remember a map without any problems. The layout so far was ten rooms to each hall, and about four halls total, making this block about forty rooms. That meant that the hall he

"Through the hall, to the right and around, just like the other night," Junpei mumbled to himself. He really needed to get his hands on one of Mitsuru's maps. He couldn't read the one he made for himself; it was too messy.

These hallways really were getting tedious after a week. Even if Itachi had recognized that escape was more complicated than he originally imagined, it was difficult to understand the fact that he had been here so long and made little progress. But tonight he was proceeding with a solo mission, which should go much more smoothly than one on which he was weighted down by others, so he cast those those thoughts aside and left the block.

Well, that answered his question. The end of the hallway had the door that lead out to the rest of the building. Touya sighed, realizing how his exhaustion was interfering with his ability to remember basic facts like: 'My hall is the last hall'.
The last room in the first hall was M10, so that meant that M11 must have been all the way at the back of the next row. Glowering a little, Touya shined his light down the hallway and made his way to Yuki's room.

Well, the bathrooms were here, to be sure. Now all Kurt had to do was wait and pray that he had the right place. There were probably a million bathrooms around here, and the only ones he knew of were this one and the one off the Sun Room. Logan wouldn't tell Kurt to meet him in a place he'd never seen before, though. He pulled his sheet around him, checking to make sure his tail or legs weren't sticking out. Fortunately for him, there weren't many people running around yet.

It had taken the Canadian less than two minutes to move through the necessary hallways, stopping for nothing, not making a sound. Once he stepped into the M-A hallway outside the bathrooms for this block, he stopped, and inhaled deeply. There. Still moving silently, he sidled up to his friend's side, tapping him on the shoulder. "Halloween was a while back, bub. 'Sides, ya'd look scarier wit'ou' tha sheet." He growled good-naturedly.

"That's why I have it," Kurt said with a small smile. "Because I'm scarier without it." Perhaps he didn't realize, though, how the shadow over his face made his lamp-like yellow eyes stand out a bit more from the recesses of the sheet.
"Besides, we're meeting someone I don't know. I'd rather not shock this Seiya-person into running off. Or attacking me..."

"Eh, ya look like a fool, if'n ya ask me, kid. An' tha' thing ain' gonna be no useta ya in a figh'." He pointed out pragmatically. "An' 'sides, I ain' met this person, neither. She's jus' as likely ta freak ou' lookin' a' me as you, bub. Don' worry, jus' le' me do tha initial talkin'n' I'll see ta i' ya don' run inta any unnecessary problems."

Suzaku ducked out of his own hall and stepped right to the one next door. It really was lucky that he'd been moved to the hall next to Lelouch's. If there ever was any kind of problem, he could get over here immediately. And M35 was the clinic, wasn't it? That was also something useful to have nearby, though hopefully they wouldn't need to make use of it any time soon. Or at least if they did, it wouldn't be for Lelouch. After what had happened last time Suzaku had been someone's knight, he didn't want to see a speck of blood on Lelouch's body, ever. It didn't matter that the last time had been Lelouch's fault, or that Suzaku was still never going to forgive him, because this was going to make up for it. It was a chance to set things right, for both of them, and Suzaku would make sure that chance didn't go to waste.
