Sousuke entered, catching on and moving to the right side of the room. He'd drawn his knife and swept the room with his flashlight and careful, sharp eyes. He didn't find anything.

"Clear," he responded in a clear, practiced tone. He relaxed a little and began taking stock of where they were. Files, files, and more files.

"Which files are we looking for?" he asked.

Sheathing her sword, Momo moved toward the center of the room and pulled her journal out from where it rest against her lower back. Raising the flashlight hanging from her sash up to see, she flipped to a page.

"Seven in total - all discharged patients," Momo replied. "Tommy Winters, Kyle Brothers, Alexandra Rotstahl, Hanada Shiori, Maria Collins, Kevin Bacon and Catherine Grace."

"Roger," Sousuke replied, pulling open the nearest cabinet. It was filled with paperwork. The thought that perhaps, these were the files of all discharged patients made him scowl. Nevertheless, he began searching for any sort of demarcation to indicate the files.

"I'll take this half of the room," he said, implying but not outright saying that Momo should take the other half.

It was a logical idea and Momo was already moving toward the other side to sort through the files. She frowned; there were so many of them, belonging to the lost or fallen that the shinigami had failed. That Momo had failed.

Opening a cabinet, she flipped through the names before moving onto the next. After a few more drawers, she came across her first name - Kevin Bacon.
