Ururu hadn't talked much during dinner. Talking to Yukito during fourth shift had made her feel a little better, and she'd eaten something, but she still wasn't happy. She wasn't crying anymore though, and that was a good thing. She had promised to meet Kurt that night, and Ururu knew it was important. She wanted Kurt to know that he was still

Bidding Senna a good night hunting, or whatever the shinigami was going to do, the princess left her room as soon as the door opened, a folded piece of paper in her hand. She didn't want to miss her chance of catching Yukari before the girl headed off to do whatever she was going to do that night.
Thankfully, no one else was in the hall when the hunter made her way to F29. Taking up a spot against the wall across from Yukari's door, the hunter leaned back, not realizing that crossing her arms like she was caused her sleeves to ride up showing very clearly the bandages around her arm where Yukari's arrow had wounded her.
Now, to wait.

So before the announcement before the lights came on, that's exactly what she did; that contents that were discovered inside came as quite a surprise. What Yukari definitely wasn't expecting to find was... her school uniform? Well, she had it on last night, but not only did she get to keep the Evoker, but they let her have that, too? Jeez, this was being awfully generous of them by their usual standards, but hey, it was only making this night even better! Maybe Landel had something resembling a human heart deep down inside after all.
Ha ha, yeah, right.First things first! Her usual attire was going on instead of the atrocious grey uniform ( ... )

The hunter couldn't help but trail her eyes up and down the form of the girl before her. It was subtle, but Falis wouldn't be surprised if Yukari caught it; she really didn't care if she did. She was having a little trouble getting a good look at Yukari's eyes from where she was, with the dim light and all, so she pushed herself lazily off the wall and walked closer. She didn't invade Yukari's personal space, but it was very clear she was assessing something in the girl's eyes.
After a moment, the hunter nodded to herself. "Good," she said. "I've got one less thing to worry about."

She lowered her flashlight when Falis approached closer, but she averted her eyes off to the side, as well. "I'm sorry for hurting you," Yukari apologized quickly.

Momo stopped at Signum's door and knocked once. As she waited for either Signum or Willow to answer, the shinigami turned to keep an eye on the hallway. Hopefully, Rangiku would arrive quickly to pick up the key before Ichimaru made his way over here.
She had no desire to see that man.

She nodded her usual wordless greeting as she stepped out. "I had thought you'd go ahead tonight. Has there been a change in plans?"
So far as she knew, it was still the night of the funeral...

"No... I said on today's assignments I'd meet you here," the shinigami said, adjusting the green strap across her chest holding Hitsugaya's sheathe and sword to her back. It was going to take a bit to get used to it. This was one time she was thankful she lacked a chest.

"Did I miss another day?" she asked, looking around as though the institute might have changed. She couldn't help it; modification of her awareness like this reminded her of the Book, and made her about as nervous as she could get. "You've already had the funeral, haven't you?"
Another day and night where she had no idea what had happened with Momo- not good. She didn't like to think of looking after the shinigami as her job, let alone her first priority... but it had ended up that way, hadn't it? For better or for worse, for the both of them...

Hell, she just was concentrating on finding something new tonight. Time to meet Reid. Nodding back in a reply to Falis, she left.

When Falis got to Hokuto's room, she didn't bother stopping to knock. She knew her girlfriend had a mission and the hunter needed to get to F5 to talk to the latest vamp victim. They didn't have much time and, to be honest, the thought of waiting for Hokuto to answer the door, the fear that she might be gone like Namine, was too much for the princess.
Armed to the teeth, though none drawn, Falis stopped inside the door and searched for movement as she didn't have a flashlight with her. When she spoke, her words had an odd, undefinable quality to them.
"Hokuto?"

She couldn't stay long, since she had somewhere to be... but sometimes they needed to check in with each other. And when something sounded off about her princess, she wanted to help.

Leaning back against the closet, Falis closed her eyes and rest her cheek against her girlfriend's hair. It was then, the moment when Falis started to relax, that the slight tremble could be felt.

If she had to wait until morning or longer to find out, so be it; this was about making Falis feel better.

Still, she definitely wasn't going to just laze around. Wandering around the institute couldn't help but be more interesting than her room. She'd find that white-eyed guy, take a look at the basement- the place sounded suspicious, if anything worth watching was going to go down it was probably there.
