There were a few people - well, really, two - in this hall, but no one Okita needed to be concerned with. They weren't monsters and they weren't attacking, so there was nothing to do with them. The next hall and then it would be Homura's room.
What waited there was anyone's guess.

Backtracking was a much easier, like trying to escape one's fate.
But Renamon knew more than anyone that you can never escape fate. You can just try to change your destiny.

Not much further, she assured herself, turning the corner and heading back up the next hall. There should be a door along the way somewhere, she just had to find it. It'd be a little hard to open with her hands full, but she'd manage, she was sure.

Near's room would be in this first block. Brooklyn took a short look around, just on the offchance that he might have left it for some reason, but was soon on the move again.

Ritsuka didn't stop for long in the last hall, or really stop at all. He kept up a good pace as he ran into the hall and down it to the next. If he didn't hurry, Soubi would leave and get himself into some mess or another.
