Moving quickly through the Decontamination room, Daemon led the way into the room where he'd fought the leftover with his father and Lucivar. Again, the room showed signs that they were not the first to come here this night, but luckily, the little box he though John might be looking for still sat on the desk against the far wall.
"Is that it?" he asked, pointing in that direction.

John fiddled around with the switches, hoping there was enough power for the computer to turn on. "Come on, come on," he said, hitting the power button. Nothing seemed to be working.
"Shit, it won't turn on," he frowned. "But it's ok. If I can get it back to my room maybe I can see if it will plug in. If not, I'll scrap it for parts."

It was a bit sloppy but John was able to wiggle the motherboard out of the tower. He wrapped it up in his t-shirt before placing it gingerly into the bag. "It's useless right now," he said to Daemon. "But if I can find some tools maybe I can rig them up to a monitor some night."
He threw the wires and the powersupply in the bag for good measure, nodding his head once he gutted the computer. John wasn't entirely sure why but just having the computer parts made him feel better.
