Itachi was rather surprised when a nurse came to take him to "therapy." (The nurse still seemed to be speaking to him while using a different name. Itachi had decided to follow her anyway.) He supposed a mental institution would give therapy to its patients, but he hadn't given it much thought.

Itachi briefly wondered what they would want to give him therapy for, but quickly decided it was of little consequence. Whatever mental illness he might be said to have, it had little impact on his purpose. Though he was supposed to be meeting with Homura now. That was regrettable. He would have to try to find the man later.

The nurse led him into an office where a woman was sitting behind a desk. Itachi took a seat at the nurse's suggestion and proceeded to stare blankly at the woman behind the desk.

Hm. First was Ivan Li, it seemed. She placed both the cup and folder on the desk and offered the boy a forced smile (it was as good as she could do, at least.) "Hello, Ivan," she said. "Or would you prefer me to call you Itachi?"

They did indeed appear to think Ivan was Itachi's name. "Itachi is my name," Itachi stated, a faintly implied obviously creeping into his tone.

Oh, this was going to be a long session. It might have been better if she'd actually gotten some sleep at night, but... The doctor to another sip of her coffee and brought up an empty mug from the inside of her desk.

"Well, Itachi. Would you like some coffee? Maybe tell me a bit about yourself?"
