here. ]Bella moved into the Chapel quietly, looking back every now and then to make sure that Rika and Edward were close behind. So far, so good. “See, Edward?” she said with a smile, lifting her pipe as a sign of victory and whatnot. Hey, she was proud of herself, god dammit! “I got us somewhere. The soft sound of a brush scrubbing against tile could be heard between the girl's words, an occasion drip of water accompanying the noise. She was to clean the castle, nice and neat for the masters and their little pets. Must listen to the masters, for Master Lorenzo's sake.
But then there were intruders, nasty little intruders who were to be in bed at this hour. Daniella could smell the girl, that perfect scent that invites the darkest of creatures to lay their lips on her smooth, white neck. And how was Hinamizawa faring, without their resident God and the priestess to care for her? Rika could only imagine the panic at the Irie Clinic, and in the village...
Her thoughts were interrupted by a shrill scream, and Rika's flashlight swung wildly around before it focused on the source: a purple woman, pale and carrying what looked like something very hot.
"Bella!" She called, reaching forward to tug the girl's sleeve and pull her back. Who was that woman?

All thoughts scattered from Bella’s brain the moment she heard that frightening shriek, only to be drawn back by Rika’s small, worried voice. Edward was by her side within a moment, yet she couldn’t bring her eyes off of the woman - was it a woman? She couldn’t even tell - who stood feet away from them, holding something that glowed with a heat that she really didn’t want to be close to.
She was careful to stand in front of Rika at this point, not wanting the younger girl to become hurt if anything were to happen. “Edward,” she whispered, finally pulling her eyes away from the woman who stood still. “Let’s … just … maybe we should leave …”
The woman did not look like a patient in the slightest - she wasn’t wearing the stupid smiley face shirt - but there was the fact that she appeared to be human, and she knew how Edward hated to hurt anything human …
Sadly, that burning glow was destroying her resolve as the seconds passed on.
