Nightshift 27: M12
If anyone had been waiting outside M12’s door they would’ve been sorely disappointed to find out that the entire room was unoccupied. However, there seemed to be several slips of paper poking from underneath the door, all conveying the same message just in case someone decided to take one for any reason. If they choose to pull one of the slips out and read it, they’d be gazing at the jagged handwriting of Ashton’s roommate who’d been busily preparing for the night whilst writing said notes.
To any of Ashton’s acquaintances,
Sorry to say, but he got taken by the nurses earlier. I’m pretty sure they took him to one of those experimentation rooms on the second floor, so if you know where that is I’ll be waiting for you there. Go ahead and look in the room, you’ll probably find something of use in there.

There was another note underneath those words, though much shorter and to the point.
To Snake’s boyfriend,
He’s at M55. Sorry I couldn’t take you myself, but he’ll probably be happy to see you regardless.
Hope he gets the crazy out of your head,
-The awesome guy who has the same voice as you
Meanwhile, Axel already sprinted out the room the moment the doors unlocked. In his possession was a single flashlight, his notebook and the box of bullets he’d been planning to give to Ed for a proper weapon.
