Nightshift 24: 1st Floor Kitchen

The kitchen was even darker than the cafeteria, Yuber noted as he peered into the now unlocked room, which meant of course that what small amount he could see before was even less now. A flame torch would have been rather useful right about now, but he would simply have to do without.
Stepping into the room, the black knight halted his movements just past entering the door. It took a while longer for his eyes to readjust to the darkness, and until he began seeing the outlines of cupboards and what appeared to be doors, Yuber remained unmoving from where he stood.
There were three doors on the opposite wall that Yuber could just make out, and he found himself noting their location to search afterwards in case nothing of use could be located in the room. Stretching out his senses, the black knight couldn’t find anything of danger inside of kitchen, which meant that for now they had the opportunity to search through the area without being bothered.
“It seems that nothing is lurking within this room.” He announced to Usopp as his companion remained waiting just past the kitchen door.
