Upon stepping to the outer corridors, Tear was met with a trail of blood and gore. It reminded her of slaughter, of death unknown. Bloody battles that hardly counted as such due to a skewed probability. One unused to death would be sickened at the sight. Nothing existed of normality here, more so than usual at least.
And Tear would waltz into its very core.
She assessed the chaos beneath the shadows by a wall, noting the presence of every enemy and patient. Ultimately, the space proved far too cramped for multiple battles to be going on at once. There existed a great chance for someone innocent to become ensnared in the crossfire, and given the amount of children and non-fighters present, Tear wasn't willing to expose them to this. Her lips, therefore, moved without prompting.
"O melody beckoning toward the abyss."
As always, her protection came as a song, meaning set to melody. A stage of enlightenment unearthing in verse as the female traversed the length of the hallway.
