There was a long pause between them until Goku finally piped up, his expression just as blank as usual. A face that said he had heard nothing of the exchange, but it was not true. He held quite the surprise for a backwater hermit.

"Of course I do! I can smell 'em everywhere. They're upstairs, like Birdy said--Well, some. The others..." the young boy grew quiet as he began to sniff the air. "They're deeper." It was cryptic, but Goku couldn't explain it any better than that.

"I can show you! We can grab one and find out where Agoolar's at! C'mon!" Without much care for a response from his two companions, the monkey boy shot off toward the stairs, his tail swinging back and forth against his bare legs and combat boots.
