Aguilar wasn't going to let anything past without a reply, was he? That was a weakness. If they had a plan, Marc would be their best diversion. He was the only one Agular or Landel had seemed to count. Well, and his predecessors, but that's why he'd assassinated them. Marc had survived so far.
Doing anything on her own, however, would be suicide, not bravery. Best to find what she'd come for, and get word back to the History club, one way or the other.
There were people exploring, cautious and obvious. Taura kept to the shadows.
