No matter how many times Goku blinked or bugged his eyes, the path would not become any clearer. He still didn't understand what this place did to make his senses so fuzzy, but the monkey boy tried to think of it as another challenge. His sense of smell was as keen as ever and that was good enough for navigation.
People were easy enough to avoid since he could smell them so clearly they may as well have been beacons of light in the pitch black hallway. Well, and add to the fact that most of them had lights... But hey! At least he didn't run into any walls what with all the torches lit along the corridor. That was a nice change of pace.
At the large juncture ahead of him, the young boy took a hard let and kept on running.
