Seishin moved through the door into the next hallway, retracing the steps he had taken earlier. Even with the knowledge that they had been free to wander around during the night, it was remarkable that there was no sign of soldier or staff alike, especially because their presence had been so prominent during the day.

He remained in front of the doorway for the moment, unsure where to go next. After aiming the flashlight in both directions, he decided to head right.

While Harvey couldn't recall a specific meeting spot being specified among their group last night, his guess was that it would be the same place as before. That ring was bound to come in handy again, though he wasn't sure that their large group would split up this time.

That meant he might have to deal with Depth Charge. It felt odd to be kinda-sorta working with someone who had pissed him off so much before, and yet it had been so long ago and over such a ridiculous subject that Harvey wasn't sure if he cared. So long as the blue-haired punk could pull his own weight, they'd probably be fine.

The weight of the axe was already wearing on his arm, but Harvey wasn't going to think about that. It might save his life depending on where they ended up, so it was worth the trouble.

The traffic in the halls was still relatively light, so Harvey took advantage of that and continued forward at a brisk pace.

The feeling of having a lollipop in his mouth and a weapon in his hand, no matter how crude the weapon and low-quality the lollipop, made Badd feel halfway at home. The mirror shard was in his pocket, completing the trifecta of items he made sure he had on him at all times. It was almost like being a detective again.

Of course he was still in this madhouse, but he was himself in this madhouse. Stupid photoshopped pictures wouldn't be enough to make him forget and turn in his mirror and the scars on his body for a happy lie. Where were they thinking?

If Badd was a whistling man he might have whistled. Instead he let the paper cutter swing at his side and stalked on through the corridors with renewed confidence.

Out the door, swing a left, and he was down the next hall. Zack almost wanted to break out into a run, but seeing how he was carrying a sword and it was dark and the halls got crowded at times, it seemed like a bad idea. He didn't need to end up slicing someone open because he rounded a corner too fast and couldn't see where he was going.

Still, speaking of slicing things open, part of him had to wonder if these drugs would be guarded by any monsters. Even though he had gotten good at warning people about the beasts, he hadn't had to do much fighting himself. Some of that was likely due to the fact that he hadn't been able to get very far at night lately, but...

Tonight he would. And maybe tonight he would get to fight, too. He knew it was a bad thing to hope for, but he needed something to take all of this excess energy out on. For now, though, he'd just have to focus on getting there.

As usual, there wasn't much to see here. Guy took a moment to decide which way they should go. The recreational field was usually a route he only took if he had to, and at this point it would be easier to get to their destination while remaining inside the building. For that reason, he took a right instead of a left and headed down the hall.

"So what did you need to do over there?" he asked his friend with a tilt of his head. He hoped it was nothing serious, like checking on a friend who'd been missing. Granted, as far as Guy knew, all of Claude's female friends were also friends of his, like Natalia and Tear.

Oh... maybe his mother? Guy seriously hoped that wasn't it, but he'd wait for Claude to explain.

He figured Guy would ask what it was he needed to do. As Claude kept walking alongside his friend, he considered what he ought to say. It would have been easy to hedge around the subject, but he figured it was probably best to be upfront about this.

"A girl named Rita has Leon's heraldry notes, so I need to go pick them up," he explained. "Anise said I could keep them in her room since it would take extra time for me to run it back to the men's blocks." That was probably for the best, since Claude was afraid they'd get damaged somehow if he took them down into the basement. There was no telling what they'd find down there, after all.

"I probably could have done it sooner, but..." Claude sighed. "To be honest, I was hoping Leon would be able to grab them."

While he spoke, they moved onto the next portion of the hallway.
