If he remembered correctly (and he was certain that he did; he couldn't recall a time when his memory had failed him), then taking a right and moving straight down the hall would take him right to the stairs. From there it would be a bit more complicated because of the way the halls were constructed on the second level, but he doubted that it was anything he couldn't figure out. The flashlight was all he really needed in that regard.
For a second or two, Castiel wondered what Dean and Sam were doing with their night. They would no doubt be with each other, but what did they do in this place? Did they just focus on escape, or were they more interested in tracking down specific monsters and disposing of them? He hadn't even thought to ask.
He was likely to see at least one of them tomorrow; he could ask then.
