OMFG. Off the Redline's Belmont stop: Standard Indian Cuisine. Chicago's finest Indian buffet. Probably won't work for a Seattle date, but must be visited anyway.
the date was here in seattle (last night we had date number two) but i will DEFF look for that place. I do loves me some indian food. and one of the reason's i'm heasitant to move to chicago is the lack of good food (don't judge) but i'm used to fantastic thai/pho/indian/sushi within a block of my apartment.
Lack of good food in Chicago!??! Oh my stars. Chicago is full of delicious. No seriously. Much of it probably at least as expensive as Seattle but there are so many wonderful old neighborhoods with kooky neighborhood restaurants that you can eat FANTASTICALLY for not-exhorbidant amounts. Nom nom nom: Chicago. (They have Trader Joe's out there, too.)
Pups are well! Monty and Livy miss you; Ida would like to meet you and possibly try to give you kisses.
