A Troll, and not the Internet kind.

I have a crud-ton of pics built up over the last several months that I've been meaning to post; I hope to work through the backlog a bit fairly soon, but as anyone who's been tracking my FB participation lately knows, that may be a total pipe dream on my part. However, it *is* my dream. ;)

Anyhoo, as part of my trip over to Norwescon this year, aibhinnRead more... )

I like that people are encouraged to interact with the sculpture -- climbing is totally OK! :)

Yeah, from the front the gal really didn't look much like Amy, so I didn't think about the resemblance until I was sorting pics and spotted this one. It does beg for a fic, though, doesn't it? :)

LOL! Rory, Eleven and the TARDIS weren't in evidence . . . probably they were off foiling the alien invasion plot over at the Space Needle, and grousing to each other about where Amy had wandered off to . . .

Interestingly, the gal in question didn't look at all like Amy from the front, and I didn't see the resemblance till I was sorting photos and ran across this one. Nice serendipity! :)

That is, indeed, Amy. And the troll is an alien. And taking a picture of it is crucial somehow, because we all know that cellphones save the world.

Hee! It really is an image that begs for a fanfic, isn't it? Funny thing is, when I was taking the pic I didn't see the resemblance (the gal really doesn't look much like Amy from the front), so I didn't realize what I had till I was sorting pics, saw this one, and went, "OMG!" :)

It is, it is! Not sure if I'm the one to write it, but if a plot bunny pops into my head, I'll be sure to drop a link here.

I love the fact that it's a troll, under a bridge. LOL!

The sculptors are genius.
