Yes, Neil Gaiman *is* writing for Doctor Who -- just not till next year. The link that's been going around fandom (and the f-list), generating sonic booms of squee in its wake is here.It's been a long (rather coy) dance of hints and rumors coming to this point, but I can't find it in myself to be annoyed. I'm just too delighted by the news
