Oh, dear -- came back from a long day at the store with no email (this is the second time the wireless at the mall has cut out completely c. 2pm on a Saturday and stayed off through Sunday; I sense a pattern emerging), and found this in the Inbox. I laughed so long and so hard, LSR came over to see what was wrong.
