May Day, or m'aider, as the French would say...  Eventually, I'm sure, this will all seem terribly funny.  I'm afraid it really doesn't seem so right now.

Quick recap.  Four years ago, the condo association began having the roofs replaced.  The charmers who set it up didn't have a completion date.  They didn't have anyone checking on the progress,
