“But I’m a farmer’s son,” Percival said.

He couldn’t get used to the “Sir” before his name as people greeted him.  He thought himself an awkward country bumpkin with delusions of nobility.

“If the Crown Prince of Camelot thinks you are worthy of being a knight, that makes you noble,” Sir Gwaine told him.
