He's used to be addressed by lots of people as "High Lord," but he doesn't flaunt it. He usually doesn't have to. In their world, only two men wore Black Jewels and since he's obviously not his son, that left only one other. Is there competition at Landel's for the title?
I'll guardedly say he won't, though he won't lie if it comes up. Because when meeting people who are much less powerful than he, he's been seen to go to great pains to conceal the depth of his power to put them at ease. There was more than one time when someone figured out and just spluttered at him, not able to reconcile their idea of what a High Lord of Hell should be with what they'd grown used to seeing in him.
If he catches onto Daemon's manner of treating River like a Queen, he may insist on his title as a warlord prince, but he has so many others (that don't mean squat here), he hardly pays them any mind unless he has to pull rank somehow to get something done.
I'd say it's going to be interesting with Ren and Daemon being friends, and then Daemon's father and Ren's mistress being brought in. Because although they work for Hell in my canon, the topic of other people being from Hell, and especially the High Lord of Hell bit... Yeah. My Lord of Hell wasn't a nice guy at all.

IF IT COMES UP, IT SHOULD BE INTERESTING.
