I totally agree! After episode 30-ish, I started reading the manga and was sad at how much the anime omitted. Before, I thought Yama was a stupid idiot, but now I felt bad for him. At first, I didn't really care so much about Ryohei, but he totally won me over when he forgot what grade he was in. And smoking Gokudera was soooo much better.
