Protip: if you have the Ninja Booster, make use of Ninja Run+sprint for your pre-travel power movement and spec into the Fitness pool. Swift+Hover works very nicely if you slot +Fly enhancements in both. Also: @6 be sure to run the Atlas Park safeguard mission and earn the Raptor Pack flight temp power.

I don't have the booster IV, so I can't access Ninja Run, though it seems pretty cool.

I think I might rename this character because I found a concept that works better for the current name.
