OK so I went to see the ortho. surgion early in the morning, which didnt do me any good. he didnt know why my shoulders are messed up, so he is sending me to physical therapy for 1 month, 3 times a week. and if this doesnt work, then hes going to send me to a shoulder specialist. I hope my tattoos dont get messed up if I have shoulder surgery :\!

i've dislocated my shoulders 3589731953 times. i went to physical therapy for like... maybe about a year, i don't remember. it helped me a lot. but it is definitely something i wish i still did. depending on what the actual problem is, i guess.
