would you believe that we indeed have the Miranda Rights here... di lang alam ng mga bakla na kasama sa karapatan nila yun...

Miranda Rights: "you have the right to remain silent." etc... etc.. etc...

our family attorney told me that if ever i get arrested and the Miranda Rights weren't read to me... i can then tell my attorney and the arrest would be forfeited... additional knowledge to those who don't know about this right...
