I'm sick of the bullshit to Daltsy, and I 110% understand where you are coming from, so much so, that I don't even bother to get my shifts filled because I know none will be skilled enough to fill them if the shift fill is ever taken up and aknowledged, he is useless we all know it, IBM is falling apart, unless you take matters int your own hands, nothing will get done.

I love the way you said "real team leader" as if there was actually such a thing. I love you optimism Daltsy. STL or even TL for that matter is like a mid-career retirement village. Once ur all pooped from doing real work and kiss arse, you get to sleep in nice beds, and have people feed you apple sauce. And as tonnes of virgins, or a guy with a cool beard await for those leaving real retirement villages. The real working world awaits the others :D
